Becoming Mountain Valley

Hospice of Surry and Yadkin County merged with Northern Hospice of Surry County. In 2006, we renamed Hospice of Surry and Yadkin county to D.B.A. Mountain Valley Hospice.

Opened Office in Hillsville, VA

The Mountain Valley Equation

Hospice of Surry County, Northern Hospice, and Hospice of Surry/Yadkin County merge to become Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care.

Opened Cana, VA Office

Opened Galax, VA Office

Opening the Galax office allowed us to expand into our neighboring state of Virginia.
